(the “Company” or “EV Battery Tech”) (CSE: ACDC) is pleased to announce that on July 30, 2021, the Company and its subsidiary, IoniX Pro Battery Technologies Inc. (“IoniX Pro”) signed an amending agreement (the “Amending Agreement”) with Daymak International Inc. (“Daymak”).
The Amending Agreement to the initial agreement dated February 5, 2021, and announced on February 8, 2021, grants the Company and IoniX Pro the exclusive worldwide rights to create its own branded line of electric vehicles, based on the Daymak Spirit
No further amendments to the agreement were made.
